SHORT TERM ACCOMMODATION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for booking your stay at the Royal Burnham Yacht Club, we look forward to welcoming you to our Club.
All rooms must be paid for at the time of booking. Bookings will receive a full refund if a cancellation is received by the club 24 hours or more before the expected arrival date.
Check-In time is normally 2PM. Instructions for checking in will be provided at the time of booking.
Damage caused by a guest or any member of guest’s party, whether accidental or malicious, other than fair wear and tear to the building or contents, will be charged at cost.
The Club accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for an accident or injury suffered by any guest or any member of the guest’s party, nor will the Club accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or possessions, however caused. Any property left in the room or elsewhere on the premises, will be left at owner’s risk.
Please note that our hotel accommodation is situated and accessed outside of the main RBYC Members Club house. Access to the Club bar and restaurant is for Members and Members’ guests, and should you wish to use the facilities we would kindly ask you to introduce yourself to a member of staff or onsite Committee Member, who will be able to sign you in, in accordance with Club rules.
Guests are reminded that they are booking accommodation at a yacht club – we do not provide on-site personnel or typical hotel services 24 hours a day.
Check-Out time is 11am on the day of departure.
